We thoroughly enjoyed the hotel and Cuchara. We booked a room with a comfortable bed, central heating, a microwave oven, and a fridge. The breakfast was freshly cooked and excellent with a good choice of meals.

The hotel location was spectacular and quiet timeless in nature. Plus, it was short walk to a terrific hike into the aspens and the creek with wine in the evening coffee.

The hotel was in an ideal location, close to many outdoor activities. Besides, we were right by a terrific hike into the aspens and a restaurant and bat less than 100 ft away and the Dodgeton creek.

I had the most wonderful time at Dodgeton Creek Inn in Cuchara! My stay was for a weekend getaway. The hosts were so friendly and it felt like catching up with old friends by the fireplace. The breakfasts were absolutely amazing, freshly prepared and served on the creekside patio. The mountain location was breathtaking and the rooms were comfortable. The owner was extremely accommodating and the town was charming with interesting restaurants nearby.

We recently booked a last-minute stay at Dodgeton Creek Inn and had a fantastic experience. Mike, the owner, was incredibly helpful and accommodating, ensuring we were checked in smoothly despite our late arrival. The location is perfect, nestled behind the Dog Bar. The hotel may not be luxurious, but it's clean and far better than your average hotel. Mike went above and beyond, serving us a delicious breakfast on the patio next to the creek. We'll definitely be stopping by again when we're passing through.
